Based close to St Pauls, with a headcount of c. 400 across seven locations, the Head of HR will report to the COO and will manage a small, very capable team of five.
The role encompasses the full breadth of the generalist spectrum – it will be a blend of HR strategy, providing a comprehensive HR generalist service, recruitment, reward and benefits as well as supporting/driving the learning and development agenda.
There is a huge array of project work both people and business related that the successful individual will need to either drive or be involved in – including for example, digital transformation, employee retention, agile working, ED&I etc.
It is a critical part of this role that the successful individual can be part of the wider operational leadership team that all report to the Chief Operating Officer, is able to work with the CEO and the Board, and influence senior stakeholders including Senior Partners.
The ideal profile will demonstrate:
- Significant experience working in a senior HR role advising an executive team
- Educated to degree level with a stable track record
- An all-encompassing HR background, including team management
This role could suit a Senior HRBP who is looking for their first “Head of” role but experience of team management will be needed.
We are similar in culture to the professional services sector, whilst we are also a sales environment.
Flexibility could be available for the right candidate, whether that is a day a week working from home or a 4 day contract.
