Senior HR Manager - Organisational Development & Resourcing.
Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a local government body on a key position. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be providing leadership to the OD & Resourcing functions.
Culture and a real focus on the development and retention of key talent across the business is the main focus and you will be pivotal in identifying and shaping how this looks.
Managing a team of 5 people this is a hands on leadership role focusing on creating a high performance culture. You will need to manage relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and the design and deliver organisational development interventions.
You will need to be experienced in Organisational Development and have an innovative and creative approach.

The Key responsibilities will be :
·Leading a team across effective OD interventions and supporting management in achieving transformation and maximising performance.
·Ensuring that recruitment is aligned to the strategic direction around workforce planning and succession.
·Maintain up to date information, analysing, interpreting and reporting on trends and metrics.
·Building constructive relationships with stakeholders including Trade Unions.

Senior HR Manager - The Person.
·You will need to have a proven background in Organisational Development
·Ideally CIPD qualified however this is not essential
·You must have experience of leading a team and a proven background of working as a HR Manager
·Excellent communication skills are essential along with strong data analytical skills.
