Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Asset Management

Oakleaf Partnership are working exclusively with a growing global listed Financial Services client based in Central London on a 6-9 month interim contract. In anticipation of further global growth they wish to hire their first Reward hire in order to work with senior executives to define their reward strategy managing compensation, pensions, benefits and carry schemes. Reporting into the HR Director, this will be a great opportunity for someone to broaden their experience in a smaller firm and gain solid exposure to total reward in a listed business.

Key experience required:

  • Proven experience managing complex compensation plans ideally within in a financial services environment
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone reward role
  • Strong analytic and excel skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure or experience working with Remuneration Committees
