HR Manager 12 month FTC

Our client is a well-known high street retail brand based in Central London. The role is a Senior HR Manager opportunity reporting into the HR Director and responsible for ensuring a strong delivery of HR strategy to the business. The role will be offered on a 12 month FTC basis to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will need to provide a generalist HR service to the Head Office population. This role is a true generalist role but will require individuals to work autonomously and have experience with people management as you will be required to manage 3 HR professionals.

This opportunity will require individuals with the following experience:

  • Build effective relationships with Senior stakeholders

  • Work closely with the business to develop a clear people plan for each department.

  • Liaise closely with the Recruitment team

  • Manage and review reward strategy across the business

  • Performance Management

  • Resource Planning

  • Change Management - help and support change in the business - restructures

The HR Manager will need to show resilience and need to demonstrate working under pressure and with high volumes. Our client would ideally like an individual from a Retail sector however is open if individuals can show a solid level of generalist HR experience.
