An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our ambitious and forward thinking Organisational Development team, part of the newly created NHS Counter Fraud Authority. The NHSCFA is the national body responsible for the identification, investigation and prevention of fraud within the NHS. Our mission is to lead the fight against fraud affecting the NHS and wider health service, and protect vital resources intended for patient care.
As a key member of our dynamic team based in our Coventry office, you will help us to shape and deliver our workforce strategy. You will work with senior managers and colleagues at all levels to identify the development needs for the organisation and our people. You will plan, design and deliver learning and development programmes and facilitation, particularly in leadership and management development and business effectiveness. You will lead on initiatives and projects to improve organisational effectiveness including developing coaching, internship and apprenticeship programmes.
This is a permanent role and we would love to hear from you if you are a confident and influential learning professional with excellent delivery and coaching skills. You will have experience in leadership and management development as well as experience and skills in organisational development interventions and initiatives.
