HR Operations Analyst

A leading financial services firm in the City currently have a an exciting HR Operations Analyst position available on a 6 month basis. This is a key, client-facing role, delivering high quality HR administrative support and advice.

  • Respond to queries and transactions from managers, employees, and HRBPs
  • Manage the resolution of complex employee HR issues
  • Advise line managers on appropraite policy and procedures
  • Manage the end to end HR employee lifecycle administration including; offer Management, pre-employment screening, on-boarding, letters, payroll and data-entry into Workday
  • Act as an 'Account Manager' for aligned HR Advisory function, working closely with a dedicated HR Advisor and HR BP
  • Data and entry management
  • Manage reporting of issues, including the pre-employment screening processes with the vendor and ensuring HR invoices are processed timely and accurately
  • Support the HR Operations team in various HR projects

Requirements;

  • Workday experience is essential
  • Previous HR Operations experience ideally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence liaising with all levels
