My client are global events business based in Central London. Due to maternity leave, the business are looking to hire a HR operations associate on a 12 month FTC basis. This role will report into the HR operations lead, and is responsible for the smooth execution of HR processes according to documented procedures and standards.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Execution of HR processes and transactions in the employee life-cycle according to defined standards

  • Ensuring all documents are updated when necessary

  • Building relationships with HR BP's and other departments to facilitate the support needed

  • Work with vendors and build relationships with them to ensure most efficient and effective process is identified

  • Share knowledge on topics to ensure cross-training

  • Utilise country specific knowledge and the knowledge of the company's HR processes to guide HR colleagues, employees and managers in applying them appropriately

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement

  • Identify ways to simply, standardise and automate processes and transactions

  • Produce high quality solutions, and support in the generation of new ideas and initiatives

  • Generating reports, analysing and interpreting data

Experience/Skills:

  • Previous HR assistant/operations level experience

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Ability to work in an ever-changing environment

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Solutions orientated, with ability to use initiative

  • Experience with database management

As this is a contract role, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
