Incentives Transformation Director
My client in a global Energy business based in Berkshire, who are looking for a Global Incentives Director to project manage a large global compensation incentives review. This will involve a strategic incentive review, ensuring that reward arrangements continue to be competitive to attract and retain top talent, support business strategy, reinforce their values and drive a high performance culture.
Initially, this role will be focused on delivering the Strategic Incentive Review, which aims to rationalise incentives by job family. This programme of work will involve, designing performance management led incentive schemes. Strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships are required as you will also be responsible for coordinating steering board meetings and communication across this global matrixed business. You will have strong technical knowledge in developing, maintaining and refining Group Incentives Standards and plan rules in particular expertise in Sales Incentive design and delivery.
