I am working with a leading Global Engineering business who are recruiting for their first reward hire. This Central London based firm have plans to double in size over the next 12-18 months so have the need to centralise reward processes, review their current compensation and incentives plans across the business as well as to drive consistency across their benefits offering with view to improve the attractiveness of their reward offering whilst linking in with broader HR strategy.
The ideal candidate for this contract will have experience in both reward design and implementation across industries, you will have the opportunity to drive reward change across this global and innovative business as well as strong senior stakeholder management skills and ability to influence Executives. Working from home and flexible working arrangements are also available with this opportunity.
