HR Business Partner

Oakleaf is working with a fantastic independent regulatory body based in the City who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

The day to day of this role includes but not limited to:

  • Support and advise Directors and People Managers in consideration of all people related matters

  • Learning and Development planning and design

  • People manager training

  • Employment law and employee relation cases (low volume but very complex)

  • Change management

The right candidate for this role will be confident and extremely reactive, a self-starter, able to work in a flexible and fast paced environment. You need to be strategic as well as operational for this role, you need to have a keen eye for detail with the ability to say no.
