My client are a data software business that supports the gaming and sporting industry, based in Hammersmith. Due to internal growth, they require a junior recruiter to join them on an initial 3-6 month basis. Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, the client requires this person to assist with both corporate functions and technology roles.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Own the full recruitment process, from taking informative briefs, scheduling and conducting interviews, to then making offers

  • Provide robust structured interview feedback for all candidates

  • Offer all candidates an excellent recruitment experience and be the key point of contact throughout the journey

  • Use LinkedIn and other social media channels to engage passive candidates and build the employer branding

  • Liaising and building agency relationships

  • Support with weekly and monthly reporting (cost per hire, sources, time to hire)

  • Manage and update the ATS to ensure it reflects current vacancy statuses

  • Build the employer brand through social media and branding

  • Support the Head of Resourcing with recruitment projects and best practice

Skills/Experience

  • Ideally have previous in-house recruitment experience, if not agency recruitment experience

  • An interest in sport/gaming would be beneficial

  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders

  • Ability to direct source using a variety of social media and job board platforms

  • Understand the importance of agency relationships

As this is an FTC role, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
