Compensation & Benefits Manager

A niche Financial Services organisation based in Central/West London is currently looking to hire their first reward professional to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of HR, the Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for managing total reward (compensation, benefits, pensions, mobility & carry schemes), implementing and driving forward a reward strategy. This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience in a smaller firm and take ownership of total reward.

Key requirements:

  • Experience managing complex compensation plans, ideally within Financial Services

  • Understanding of Carry Plans would be advantageous

  • Strong analytical and excel skills

  • Confident communicator at all levels

  • Comfortable in a standalone position where you will be extremely hands on and strategic
