Compensation & Benefits Manager
A niche Financial Services organisation based in Central/West London is currently looking to hire their first reward professional to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for managing total reward (compensation, benefits, pensions, mobility & carry schemes), implementing and driving forward a reward strategy. This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience in a smaller firm and take ownership of total reward.
Experience managing complex compensation plans, ideally within Financial Services
Understanding of Carry Plans would be advantageous
Strong analytical and excel skills
Confident communicator at all levels
Comfortable in a standalone position where you will be extremely hands on and strategic
