Compensation Consultant

An American Financial Services organisation based in Central/West London is currently looking for a Compensation professional to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of Reward in the US, the Compensation Consultant will be responsible for leading on all European comp matters. Other responsibilities will include:

* Managing the European comp cycle for all 8 offices

* Sales compensation and commission plans

* Working closely with broader HR and US comp team to advise on European compensation

* Lead on European remuneration regulation

Key requirements:

* Previous experience with compensation, ideally within a Financial Services organisation

* Knowledge of regulations affecting European remuneration

* Strong analytical and data skills

* Sales compensation or commissions experience would be advantageous

* Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate at all levels

* Comfortable operating in a hands on and business facing capacity
