International Benefits Consultant- Flexible Benefits
A global financial services organisation based in the City is looking for an International Benefits Manager to join them on a three-year fixed term contract.
Reporting into the Head of Pensions and Benefits, the Benefits Manager will be responsible for supporting with the design and implementation of the new flexible benefits system globally, with a focus on Asia and the Middle East/Africa. This will be a three-year project and will require travel around the various international offices.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and successful financial services organisation and be part of the roll out of flexible benefits. To be successful, you will have previous exposure to flexible benefits, ideally from within a financial services organisation or consultancy, strong stakeholder management skills and an awareness of benefits & pension legislation globally.
