Head of HR Service Delivery

In this role as Head of HR Service Delivery you will oversee the employee life-cycle with a focus on improving delivery and customer service and playing a key role in the integration of the new HR system.

You will also lead and develop a small team.

This is an established and successful company with multiple sites in various locations. They are embarking on a period of change and significant investment in the new HR system.

This is an autonomous role that will provide the opportunity to quickly make an impact. You will work for a forward-thinking and results focused HR Director.

Description

As Interim Head of HR Service Delivery you play a key role on the HR Leadership Team and you will lead and develop a small team that oversees the full employee life-cycle including Reward, HR Admin and Payroll.

Key to this role is carrying out a full review of all processes, policies and documentation to ensure they are fit for purpose.

You will also ensure the next phase of the new HR & Payroll integration delivers streamlined processes to the Business with a key focus on data reporting, analysis and the provision of MI.

You will lead on the ongoing development of Reward, including job grading and supporting on RemCo activity.

Profile

To be considered for this role you will have sound experience in Operational HR. A background in developing (or playing a key role) in a shared service or HR Service Delivery role and ideally an HR system implementation are highly advantageous to this role.

You will have excellent collaboration skills, the ability to develop a team and an inquisitive mindset that will question and spot opportunities for ongoing improvement and service to the customer.

Experience in Reward is desirable but not essential.

Job Offer

Up to £70,000 per annum + car
