Oakleaf Partnership are exclusively recruiting a fantastic Recruitment opportunity for our client, a global investment management business based in the West End.
Our client has a strong fixed income focus and this role will have a global remit, with the onus being on hiring into the Front Office and corporate functions space, reporting into the Chief Operating Officer.
In addition to key responsibility for firm wide hiring, the Recruitment Manager will also have strong involvement in HR projects, including systems and process improvement.
The successful candidate will have experience working in the investment banking or investment management space. Previous in house experience is preferable, but candidates looking for a move from RPO background hiring into these areas will be considered.
