Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Oakleaf are working with a fast-paced trading orgnisation based in the City. They are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst on a contract basis for an initial 12 months.

This role would suit a Reward professional with experience gained in complex and commercial environments with responsibility for day to day implementation of reward strategy including annual compensation rounds and benefit administration/ renewals.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the global annual salary and bonus review

  • Assisting in data preparation, reporting and analysis both during the year end salary and bonus review process and on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year for executive management and senior stakeholders

  • Supporting compensation benchmarking requests and completing annual data submissions for McLagan survey

  • Ensure all employee data concerning compensation and benefits is accurate and up to date

  • Production of compensation and benefits data for global and regional management information dashboards

  • Support on any projects such as integration of acquired entities and harmonisation of benefits and M&A activities

The successful candidate will be:

  • Highly numerate with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organisational and administration skills, ability to multi-task

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Able to work on own and using own initiative

  • Ideally a working knowledge of Workday or otherwise an equivalent HR system

  • Microsoft office - word, PowerPoint and excel (advanced)
