Benefits Manager

Oakleaf are working with a growing global organisation based in Berkshire as they are looking to hire a Global Benefits Manager on a permanent basis.

This role leads the support for growth through the pro-active development, implementation and maintenance of EMEA & LATAM benefit programs, in partnership with HR Partners and key business leaders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead projects related to new benefit initiatives and manage the implementation processes in partnership with HR Partners and local country management.

  • Ensure proper financial analysis & development of EMEA/LATAM benefits frameworks.

  • Develop external and internal market data reports to support the BUs operational plans, hiring strategies.

  • Develop effective communication materials & policy documents; accountable for all EMEA Benefits related communication plans and delivery.

  • Manage specific benefit plans and associated provider relationships and oversee the annual benefit renewal cycle.

  • Partner with Global Compensation team on any global rewards initiatives or projects.

  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as required to support the company's growth plans or other strategic initiatives.

In order to be successful for this role you must have:

  • Proven EMEA benefits experience, preferably within a complex commercial organisation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience, up to C-suite level

  • Highly numerate with the ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, recognise implications and generate solutions.

  • Track record of accomplishment in benefit administration, communications, vendor management and cost management.

  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
