HRIS SuccessFactors Lead
Oakleaf are working with a leading Insurance firm based in the City. They are looking for a HRIS Lead (SuccessFactors) to join them on an interim basis initially for 3 - 6 months.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring the promotion and benefits of the SuccessFactors HR System, support for operational HR colleagues and online advice and guidance, encouraging greater employee and line manager self-sufficiency and autonomy.
Develop and lead a global HR systems strategy, coordinating closely with HR Leadership team to align strategic agenda and systems requirements
Ensure HR systems are fully optimised and the use of technology underpins new initiatives as required
Oversee the maintenance and development of relevant HR Management Information, facilitating its utilisation throughout HR and coordinate the production of ad-hoc management reports as required
Act as a main point of contact for global HR data solutions
Build strategic relations with vendors and help to maximise their expertise and value
Maintain and promote the future development of HR systems, coordinating with the HR Project Manager to manage current HR systems projects including any replacement system implementation
Coordinate annual HR systems data audit
Develop HR systems skills and capability across the global HR team
Ensure consistency of systems and reporting globally
Manage the coordination of systems and reporting requirements of both HR and the Business, liaising with stakeholders as appropriate
The successful candidate will have:
Proven management or HR systems experience, specifcally SuccessFactors
Experience of working in a global matrix organisation
Experience of successfully leading, managing and implementing a global HR strategy and systems
Experience and ability to demonstrate knowledge of the insurance sector
Previous roles with a strong customer focus
Proven track record of driving operational process efficiency
Previous experience managing global processes and/ or global teams effectively
