Working as a strategically focused partner your role will be to minimise distractions allowing your particular client group to achieve their mission and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include;
Develop relationships with managers to advise and coach them on how to get the best from their teams
Provide advice and guidance to the wider people focussed teams on a range of areas as necessary - be one of their key go to people
Liaise with the groups HR team to facilitate the smooth running of the business
In partnership with the people and culture director, manage the implementation of central programs such as performance management and compensation planning
Identify learning and development gaps and develop bespoke solutions to increase the capability of the team- particularly managers
Help to create involved people practices which drive the success of the business
Provide proactive solutions to scale our people functions during fast pace growth
