People Partner

My client is a world class organisation who has an unique opportunity for a people and culture partner to join their central London team. Working as a strategically focused partner your role will be to minimise distractions allowing your particular client group to achieve their mission and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Develop relationships with managers to advise and coach them on how to get the best from their teams

  • Provide advice and guidance to the wider people focussed teams on a range of areas as necessary - be one of their key go to people

  • Liaise with the groups HR team to facilitate the smooth running of the business

  • In partnership with the people and culture director, manage the implementation of central programs such as performance management and compensation planning

  • Identify learning and development gaps and develop bespoke solutions to increase the capability of the team- particularly managers

  • Help to create involved people practices which drive the success of the business

  • Provide proactive solutions to scale our people functions during fast pace growth
