Senior HR Business Partner

A fantastic global brand have an unique opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their West London based team. Reporting into and working closely with the HR Director you will be aligned to a largely UK based division with two reports.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders, brining commercial and people insight to help create and best possible place to work that drives the delivery of objectives.

  • Working with relevant exports in the people team, supporting in the 'day to day'

    • People relations

    • Learning and Development

    • Talent acquisition

    • Compliance e.g tax, right to work

  • Leading the sound of execution of all people processes (including pay, general transactions)

  • Developing and implementing policies and other people assets that align to and facilitate the development and nurturing of the businesses culture

  • Leading the implementation of projects in line with budget and overall businesses people plan

You will be a commercially aware, customer centric and have exposure to working in a consumer industry. Candidates will be able to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across an agile and multisite organisation.
