Ensuring all our new hires, from summer students through to Partners, have a seamless and welcoming experience is absolutely central to the role. End-to-end management of each candidate means you will be involved with pre-employment screening, compliance checking, contract production and updating our systems. It’s a complex role – you’ll need to analyse information and know how to overcome barriers in order to manage everyone’s expectations. Your professional experience
You should have proven experience of working in a HR administration role and preferably you will have gained or be studying towards your CIPD (or similar). You should be able to demonstrate you are a team player with a calm, courteous manner and be confident you can communicate professionally at all times. Microsoft Office skills are a must.
