OD Business Partner

We are delighted to be partnering with a key major employer in the West Yorkshire region in their search for a Organisational Development Business Partner to support them through a period of significant culture change.

You will have supported business through significant business growth in headcount following a recent merger and will be experience in coaching and supporting Managers and senior leaders through such change to support culture integration.

Key areas of involvement for this role will include;

·Talent management
·Equality and diversity
·Organisational change
·Training and Development.

The ideal candidate will be from a highly commercial background who is driven and motivated to add value and challenge existing behaviours in order to develop and grow a positive culture

You will have significant experience of OD and Business Partnering and be able to survive in a fast paced business that is keen to grow and move forward with its people agenda.
