My client is a dynamic, growing consultancy with offices across Europe. They help build companies, public authorities and charities understand complex challenges, improve performance, make better decisions and keep ahead of the competition. The recruitment team are growing and they are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Recruiter to support their Recruitment and Onboarding Lead. The role will be based in London and is an exciting opportunity to support all their European Graduate and Intern hiring end to end.
As a Graduate Recruiter responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Supporting the design of the European graduate marketing plan.
Attending on-campus events and graduate/intern marketing events. (during graduate season some travel in Europe will be required).
Building relationships with key universities and managing university partnerships.
Acting as the primary contact for graduate and intern candidates throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
Acting as an assessor in graduate interviews.
Conducting telephone interviews as required.
Developing content for regular website and social media updates.
Coordinating interview feedback surveys.
Ensuring regular statistics are collected and reflected in recruitment reviews.
Supporting the graduate offer process and onboarding process for graduates.
Supporting work permit applications.
As the Graduate Recruiter, you will possess
Experience in graduate/campus attraction and selection, ideally in the financial or professional services.
Experience of participating in end to end graduate recruitment process.
Strong assessment and interviewing skills.
Experience of working with and advising hiring teams.
Excellent organisational skills, coupled with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Excellent communication skills.
Innovative, creative problem solving style thinking.
The ability to build long lasting and effective stakeholder relationships is essential.
Able to work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Flexibility with respect to working hours - travel may be required
