Role: Diversity & Inclusion Manager
Location: West London
Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 dependent on experience
My client are a leading technology organisation and a well-known global brand based in West London. They currently have a brilliant opportunity for an experience Diversity & Inclusion Manager to move into a standalone role and leading on their D&I initiatives. They have put together a fantastic strategy and now need the right person to come in and drive everything forward for them. You must have experience in a specialist Diversity & Inclusion role, ideally within a Commercial business.
You will be responsible for partnering with their global team, to devise and implement diversity and inclusion programmes throughout their European groups, so experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
Duties will include:
Working in a strong partnership with the global D&I team to ensure that the European team are well aligned with their global initiatives and programmes.
You will work collaboratively to devise a forward-thinking strategy to raise D&I awareness
You will work closely with the wider HR team and monitor diversity across their employees
You will create strong stakeholder relationships and advise Senior Leaders across Europe on the activities and initiatives
You will act as a true ambassador for the business both internally and externally, promoting their brand where possible
