A global Financial Services organisation based in London is looking for an Executive Compensation Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of Exec Comp & Governance, the Exec Comp Manager will be responsible for leading on Executive Compensation matters and managing one individual. Further responsibilities include:
Drafting and prepare data for the Directors Remuneration Report (DRR)
Look at the Remuneration approach for Executive Directors and make any necessary amendments
Work closely with key stakeholders in Media, Investor Relations and Corporate Secretariat
Manage internal and external messages around Executive pay
Drafting of the remuneration policy
Previous experience of executive compensation, ideally within a FTSE250/100, Legal, Professional Services or Financial Services organisation
Confident liaising with senior stakeholders
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
