My client a media business based in Newcastle are looking to hire a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
This is a generalist HRBP role, which will cover areas including ER, Projects, Talent, Resourcing and Comp & Bens. You will be a strong HR generalist with excellent employment law knowledge. You will be confident dealing with grievances and disciplinaries from end to end, and will have experience managing change, including restructuring/redundancies and TUPE. Unions experience would be highly advantageous. You will act as a commercial business partner, leading cross functional projects that will add value to the business. You will be joining a dynamic, welcoming team, and will have a support network of administrators and other HRBPs in regional roles.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in multi-site capacity and must be happy to travel around the North East on a regular basis.
Salary - £38-45,000 + Car + Benefits
Location - Newcastle, however you will be covering multiple locations in the North East. You will be given a car, and will be expected to travel on a regular basis.
