My client, a growing and fast paced hospitality brand are looking to appoint a Head of L&D to their team on a permanent basis. You will work within and manage a small team of 4 L&D Officers who deliver training across the 32 sites. This newly created position is a great opportunity to bring in new ideas and initiatives. The role will be based in Putney and report into the HR Director. The business is going through an exciting period of change so we would be looking for an individual to bring the team together and work closely with the hospitality functions as well as the head office teams.
As Head of Learning and Development you will be responsible for:
Conducting training needs analysis in order to develop a robust and effective learning & development tools.
Design and deliver senior management development training.
Maintaining statutory training requirements across the business.
Designing ad-hoc training sessions for new business launches.
Design and deliver a range e-learning packages where required.
Set up and develop a training academy
Key Required Attributes
Previous experience of working in a fast pace customer focussing business from and Learning & Development perspective.
Experience identifying training needs and identifying suitable solutions.
Creative, energetic and inspiring personality.
Ability to manage and influence team members.
