My client, a London based Financial Services firm are currently looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Compensation Analyst you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Communicating packages and providing bonus delivery illustrations
Producing modelling on bonus capping
Coordinating annual processes with initiatives managers (compensation, promotions etc)
Providing accurate MI on compensation and initiatives through reporting, benchmarking and external market information gathering
Monitoring guaranteed and conditional bonuses against company standards
We are looking for someone with compensation experience, who has worked within financial services and has strong analytical and numerical skills.
