Oakleaf Partnership are retained with working with one of the most recognised brands in the Technology space, recruiting for Senior Benefits Manager. This is a newly created opportunity for the successful candidate to lead on the design and implementation of the Benefits agenda covering all countries outside of the US. This hire represents the organisations appetite to invest in a market leading benefits and wellbeing offering to all employees. This role will be reporting directly into the Director of Benefits in the US with a dotted line into the VP of HR in the UK. You will have the support of a Benefit and Payroll Analyst as well as the broader HR function. This opportunity will be based in their UK office based in Windsor.
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the organisations benefits platforms covering all territories outside of the US.
Take ownership of the end to end processes of implementing new benefits, including plan design, cost benefit analysis, business proposals and vendor management.
Raising the profile of international benefits outside of the US through solid communication. You will be a confident and effective communicator (both orally and written) with the ability to translate complex subject matter into simple and engaging communication.
Implementing a benefits offering that will reflect the cultural subtleties between the various brands across the group
Responsible for keeping abreast of market trends in benefit offerings globally and developments in benefit design, to ensure the organisations employee benefits programmes are current, compliant and competitive.
Act as the internal benefits expert to HR and the wider organisation
Develop benefits communications designed to educate and inform employees about their benefit plans, policy features, enrolment and any proposed changes.
Manage third party vendor service providers, evaluating and negotiating services and providing analysis of benefit costs.
Supporting the Global Head of Reward on ad hoc Reward projects
Operated in a Senior Benefits/Total Reward Management role previously with a passion and flair for creating highly engaging and meaningful Benefits packages to meet the needs of a modern and growing business in the Technology sector.
Have a proven track record of designing and implementing an innovative benefits offering on an international basis (understanding the complexities and nuances of different geographies)
Have excellent communication/influencing skills when building long term relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Has demonstrated an innovative approach to benefits with the appetite to challenge existing policies and processes.
Has strong project management and organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
Has the ability to create an evolving benefits strategy that will reflect the changing demands of the organisation
