HR Administrator

My client is a global law firm and they desire an astute HR graduate looking for their first HR role. The firm strives to provide the best quality of service to their clients, and you will be given a fantastic opportunity to be involved with all facets of the HR lifecycle.

Reporting to the firms HR Service Centre, you'll be responsible for the execution of HR processes to ensure the wider HR team continues to service its internal clients. This includes onboarding, compensation and benefits, global mobility and general HR systems administration.

You will assist with the key employee lifecycle processes, such as:

  • Onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Administer offer letters and contracts
  • Track and monitor all probation deadlines
  • Support administration for annual review process
  • Probation extensions
  • Assist with recruitment such as scheduling interviews
  • Supply reference letters as and when required
  • Assist with visa applications and sponsorships for international secondment

Essential experience/skills:

  • 6-12 months of relevant administrative experience in a similar environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport across all seniority levels
  • High attention to detail
  • Genuine desire to pursue a career in HR
  • Excellent organisational skills
