I am working with a fantastic well-known charity who are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them on a permanent basis based in Lambeth.

The role is to provide an efficient, professional and comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service for London, Central and Eastern regions. Delivering a pro-active advice to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process including direct sourcing methods, campaign planning, use of agencies and best practice in selection. This role will carry out all recruitment coordination for the region including advertising of vacancies, candidate tracking, coordination and interview set up, offer process and pre-employment. The role will also support in the development of the recruitment ATS system and recruitment process.

Day to day this role includes guiding and advising Hiring Managers through the recruitment process, offering support and advice, in line with the Recruitment & Selection Policy. Liaising with recruitment agencies and PSL's as required. Managing and ensuring the ATS Recruitment System is up to date. Proactively identify and recruitment problem area and work with Line Managers to resolve them. Manage the pre-employment check and all required paperwork is completed.

They are looking for someone who has significant experience of high volume recruitment work, someone who is experienced in handling confidential information and data. Good knowledge of employment law in a recruitment context and have a high level of customer focus and has proven ability in building and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
