Benefits Administrator

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading global professional services company who have an opportunity for a HR Benefits Administrator to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of Benefits your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day to day administration of the company benefits

  • Acting as the first point of contact for benefits queries

  • Educating and advising employees on company benefits

  • Working closely with and supporting the payroll team when needed

We are looking for someone who has worked in a benefit / HR administration role previously and has a good knowledge of benefits.
