Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading global professional services company who have an opportunity for a HR Benefits Administrator to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of Benefits your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day to day administration of the company benefits
Acting as the first point of contact for benefits queries
Educating and advising employees on company benefits
Working closely with and supporting the payroll team when needed
We are looking for someone who has worked in a benefit / HR administration role previously and has a good knowledge of benefits.
