HR Service Delivery and Change Manager - 12 Month FTC £50K - £60K
Being the key support to the Global Director of HR Effectiveness you will actively involve yourself in varied activities working in an agile and collaborative way to align interdependent stakeholders across the HR Effectiveness team, HR & Business Stakeholders (Global/Regional/Local), third parties/suppliers and external networks, delivering through others and producing high quality Executive level communication and presentation materials.
The ideal candidate will have a change and transformation back ground and be available to start in the next 4 weeks.
Business and/or Functional Transformation programme experience
Previous exposure to HR and/or HR Transformation.
The ability to drive action in complex organisational environments, with the resilience to work in sometimes ambiguous contexts to translate strategic objectives into operational plans.
Experience of working in fast paced, intense work environments
Experience working in partnership with multiple stakeholders - with prior experience in a business management or consultancy role.
