Your new role
As Reward Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in designing, developing and implementing the Rewards programs to attract, retain and motivate individuals whilst supporting business objectives. You will be the subject matter expert for Reward and will provide advice to the HR team on total reward related issues.
You will provide comprehensive support to key reward initiatives including salary review processes, market benchmarking, remuneration and incentive schemes. You will also design, model, implement and communicate compensation processes globally.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will have strong reward experience with a concentration on Compensation, Incentive Schemes and Benefits. You will have an analytical approach and be focused on achieving results and process improvement in reward. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
