As the Recruitment Manager you will:

  • Manage full end-to-end recruitment life-cycle
  • Create a value-add Employee Value Proposition
  • Develop and implement a customer and candidate focused journey
  • Manage agency recruitment partner relationships
  • Manage and develop a Recruitment Administrator


To succeed within this Recruitment Manager role you will have:

  • Experience of developing a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Experience of developing a value-add Employee Value Proposition
  • Experience of managing an in-house recruitment function (essential)
  • Experience of managing agency partner (PSL) relationships
  • Experience of working in Construction / Civil Engineering / General Engineering / Manufacturing

Job Offer

  • £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
  • Car allowance
  • Additional benefits
