Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing a successful and high performing, in-house talent acquisition team. They will also be responsible for the executive recruitment and stakeholder management of a very senior population.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will take responsibility of:

  • Talent acquisition strategy with business leaders and HR colleagues
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement cutting edge sourcing methodologies to identify and engage the best talent
  • Manage and develop a high performing talent acquisition team
  • Take full ownership of end to end executive recruitment across the business

Job Offer

£60,000 - £70,000 plus £8k car, bonus and benefits package
