My client, a leading engineering company based in Central London is looking for a Reward Analyst to join their growing HR team.
As a Reward Analyst you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Supporting with the design and implementation of reward processes
Leading on the design and delivery of the bonus scheme
Working closely with the senior population and preparing papers for RemCo
Supporting with the benefits offering
We are looking for someone who has experience working within reward, is strong on Excel and wants a role which encompasses both compensation and benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious reward analyst who wants to learn, develop and progress themselves within reward.
