Your new role
The Senior HR Advisor will provide HR guidance to the business across the Birmingham region. The Senior HR Advisor will advise managers on all aspects of employee relations case management including absence management, performance management, disciplinary, grievances and investigations. The postholder will also support regarding recruitment, change management, restructuring and redundancy. The Senior HR Advisor will also be responsible for coaching managers on best practice and contributing to HR projects. Frequent travel across the Midlands region will be required
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Advisor with experience of managing a high caseload of complex ER cases. Candidates will also be able to demonstrate experience of change management and training other on HR polices & procedures. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus car allowance
