HR Manager / HR Business Partner

6 Month FTC Regional HR Business Partner job in South West London paying £35,235- ££41,390

Your new company
You will be working for a leading social enterprise charity that provides various community services across London. For this role, you will be based in the organisations South West London office, however you will have to travel across the region when required (South England).

Your new role
As HR BP, you will report directly into the divisional director whilst line managing as many as 2 HR Advisors. Asides from line managing, you will be responsible for managing ER cases which are escalated and those which are flagged as complex cases. You will support line managers with these cases whilst displaying thorough employment law knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organisations HR policies, procedures and practises are followed fairly and consistently by all managers. In addition to this, you will be responsible for all change management projects within the division including: TUPE's, Centre Openings and any changes to structure and roles. This is a generalist role where you will have the opportunity to contribute into an evolving HR team and therefore a brilliant opportunity to showcase your ability to develop in your role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will excellent communication skills and display the ability to influence and support employees especially as you will be supporting various managers across the organisation and engaging with senior stakeholders. You will be CIPD qualified and display up to date employment law knowledge and have previous experience leading high volume ER cases. Previous experience working within a fast paced charity environment is highly desirable but not essential for this role. You must be immediately available or on a one week notice period, interviews for this role will take place week commecing 25th June 2018.
