Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well-known retail brand based in West London who are looking to appoint an interim Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. You will sit within a small HR team and support the HR Director in achieving the HR team's strategic objectives, as set out in our people plan. You will act as a lead on a range of different processes and projects, aligned to a particular client group, and leading the team to deliver operationally.

Main responsibilities

  • Building amazing, collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders, bringing commercial and people insight to help create the best possible place to work that drives the delivery of the business objectives.

  • Working with relevant experts in the People team, supporting in the "day to day":

    • People relations;

    • Learning and development;

    • Talent acquisition;

    • Compliance

  • Leading the sound of execution of all People processes (including pay, general transactions, etc.)

  • Developing and implementing policies and other people assets that align to and facilitate the development and nurturing of our culture.

  • Leading the implementation of projects in line with budget and overall people plan.

To be successful for this role you will have previous retail experience within a senior BP level role and be available at short notice. You should have strong leadership and operational management skills and have a strong business-oriented approach. You should have extensive experience working in a multi-site business in an entrepreneurial business.
