An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an HR Officer for a leading financial services organisation based in central London. In this new role, you will be reporting to the HR Manager and HR Director.
Your new role
In this new role working as HR Officer, you will exposed to a wide range of functions, including managing the end-to-end recruitment process, tracking the entire employee lifecycle on the payroll system, and assisting with performance reviews. You'll also be responsible for mentoring a small team and overseeing their work. Furthermore, you'll be providing support and guidance to line managers and senior stakeholders around employee relations cases, and advising on company policy and procedure.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role as HR Officer in busy London office, you'll have acquired a strong level of experience working in a central HR role, whereby you've developed and utilised your generalist HR skill set. You'll have strong payroll skills, experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and be have advised senior stakeholders on dealing with complex ER cases. Furthermore, you will have secured, or be working towards, your CIPD qualification, and be passionate about developing your HR knowledge.
