My client, a global Tech business in London are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their vibrant and collaborative team in London. Reporting into the Head of People, you will be focused predominantly on growing the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success areas whilst also building out or employer branding social media presence,.
You will have prior experience in a recruitment role (Agency or In-house) and be an advocate of new and creative ways in which to engage potential candidates, via social and direct sourcing.
Responsibility for full 360 recruitment process
Partnering with managers, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, closing
Become a trusted advisor to all internal hiring managers when recruiting
Complete all first stage phone screen interviews for hiring managers
Manage full candidate journey to ensure a positive experience regardless of the outcome
Track and report on resourcing metrics and KPI's
Build strong candidate pipelines to ensure hiring plans are met
Deliver training for Recruitment and Interviewing skills in partnership with the Head of People
