Our client, a prominent legal firm is on the search for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their L&D department on a permanent basis. The department is responsible for providing business skills, personal and management development courses and programmes to all levels of the business globally and are delivered by their in-house learning and development team to meet strategic objectives of the business.
Your new role
Training for the firm is designed and delivered based on acknowledged best practice and the latest thinking in management, leadership, business development and personal effectiveness. This role will drive the delivery and design from end to end for an international reach, promoting development at all levels from partners to associates and business services staff worldwide.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate for this role will be a proven and experienced trainer, with experience in a professional services or financial services environment. you'll be an excellent presenter - engaging, articulate, facilitative, sensitive and structured. You'll have experience in designing both classroom and bespoke business skill programmes, scopes, plans, implements and closes effectively; goal orientated and organisationally savvy.
A clear communicator with a commercial edge, accustomed to working in a client facing role, willing to learn Project management experience.
