My client are an international pharmaceutical business, based in Surrey. Due to a period of growth, they require a recruiter to assist them with their high-volume and graduate recruitment. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition lead, this role will also work closely with hiring managers and HR to meet business hiring needs.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Support full recruitment life-cycle for entry level and/or high-volume vacancies, including sourcing, selection and offer development

  • Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life-cycle

  • Manage the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development

  • Building and maintaining university relationships

  • Coordinate with different universities to enhance graduate candidate pools

  • Integrating diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate selection across the business

  • Achieve recruitment metrics against global talent targets


  • Ideally degree-level educated or equivalent

  • Previous 360 recruitment experience

  • Experience working in a highly metric driven environment

  • Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects at one time

  • Good knowledge of job boards, and candidate attraction process

  • Values driven

  • Experience of working with an ATS is desirable

As this is an interim assignment, you must be available immediately or on short notice to be considered.
