Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a financial services organisation in London who are currently going through an exciting period of change and are looking for a permanent Reward Associate.
The Reward Associate will report to the Reward Director in London and provide analytical support for all remuneration matters both regionally and globally. Other responsibilities will include:
Lead on reward reporting and MI as well as designing and developing reward models
Support with yearend bonus/salary modelling and market data reviews
Work closely with stakeholders during year end processes and throughout the year on broader projects
Provide assistance setting up the annual comp HR system
Strong analytical skills and modelling experience
Previous knowledge supporting year end comp processes
An understanding of MRT's and regs within financial services would be ideal
Confident liaising and building relationships globally with individuals at all levels
