A financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf is looking for a Workforce Analytics Manager/ HR Analytics Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role will report into the Workforce Analytics Lead for EMEA and will support all areas of HR and the business with the reporting and analysis of HR data.
Main responsibilities of the team will include:
Producing ad-hoc analysis and reporting for HR BPs and the business
Be an SME with new reporting trends and make recommendations as to how these can work as part of an EMEA analytics strategy
Supporting local BP's and the business with HR MI requests
Serve as point of contact for global data managers to ensure consistent global processes
Knowledge of advanced reporting tools
Previous experience working in an HR Analytics/HR MI or Workforce Analytics team
Strong excel and analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
