L&D Coordinator

I am delighted to be working with a fantastic property organisation in their search for an L&D Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to support the Learning and Development team in London and reports into the L&D Director .

Some of the responsibilities of this role will coordinate training programs and events. You will provide administrative support to the learning and development team, deal with a variety of employee enquiries and contribute to learning and development planning. You will need to ensure that course materials and trainers are in the right place at the right time, help in setting up courses on the learning management system and preparing induction materials.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with a good level of administrative experience. It is a busy role so you will need to be willing to learn quickly and prioritise workload. Learning and Development experience is not essential but desirable. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, and love working in a lively environment.

Based in South London with great tube links close by.
