Description

As a HR Assistant you will be working as part of a HR team reporting into the HR Manager delivering an efficient HR service across 150 employees.

First point of contact for all HR queries including first level advising

HR Administration - recruitment, new starters, leavers, contracts, inductions, updating employee files

Updating sickness absence tracker

General HR Administration as and when required

Profile

  • Have previously worked as a HR Assistant/HR Administrator
  • Have worked in a face to face HR function
  • Have proficient IT skills
  • Have attention to detail with the ability to manage own workload
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively in a Professional Services environment across stakeholders

Job Offer

  • Salary £20,000 - £22,000k per annum
  • 12 month fixed term contract
  • Leeds City Centre
