Role: HR Manager - EMEA
Location: Central London
Salary: £72,000 - £75,000
My client, a leading e-commerce business are looking for a permanent HR Manager to join their London office in a standalone capacity. You will be responsible for the entire EMEA remit, and work closely with the US office. You must have experience in a similar HR Manager role, where standalone experience is highly advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking Tech business who are going through a huge global change project.
They are looking for someone with experience working at a global capacity across multiple locations, with a demonstrated understanding of local, state and employment-related compliance regulations. The ability to effectively collaborate across multiple geographies is key.
Duties will include:
Implement and improve the employee handbook and policies
Coach both employees and Managers through upskilling and ensuring behaviour is in line with the company's values
Deliver a number of programmes regionally, including compensation and benefits, talent reviews, organisational development and performance management
Own and lead on the EMEA onboarding process, creating solutions and driving initiatives throughout the regions
Counsel Managers and employees on any employee-related matters, creating strong communication and tools to support
Manage the employee lifecycle and gather employee feedback to promote improvements
