My client, a leading e-commerce business are looking for a permanent HR Manager to join their London office in a standalone capacity. You will be responsible for the entire EMEA remit, and work closely with the US office. You must have experience in a similar HR Manager role, where standalone experience is highly advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking Tech business who are going through a huge global change project.

They are looking for someone with experience working at a global capacity across multiple locations, with a demonstrated understanding of local, state and employment-related compliance regulations. The ability to effectively collaborate across multiple geographies is key.

Duties will include:

  • Implement and improve the employee handbook and policies

  • Coach both employees and Managers through upskilling and ensuring behaviour is in line with the company's values

  • Deliver a number of programmes regionally, including compensation and benefits, talent reviews, organisational development and performance management

  • Own and lead on the EMEA onboarding process, creating solutions and driving initiatives throughout the regions

  • Counsel Managers and employees on any employee-related matters, creating strong communication and tools to support

  • Manage the employee lifecycle and gather employee feedback to promote improvements
